My name is Emil, a 22-year-old student at Syracuse University, majoring in Economics and minoring in English and Textual Studies.
Cars been a priority passion of mine since the age of 4, from painting on toy cars to graphically designing concepts for customers that have no shame of what others think and that love attention on their cars and give no less of attention themselves.
I previously interned with media holding companies in the content acquisition and data analysis departments. These experiences provided valuable opportunities to work in team settings, where I honed my skills in articulating ideas clearly—both verbally and in writing.
I’ve never limited myself to a single focus; the areas I explore are often vastly different from one another. It can be intimidating to try something new and persevere despite setbacks, but I’ve learned that success and personal growth often emerge from the most challenging and uncertain experiences. From participating in discussion classes that required auditorium presentations to persuading professional focus groups in the office about the TV car show I produced, each step has pushed me out of my comfort zone and fueled my evolution.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
WEATHER FORECAST STUDIO, PLANET PARANOID CREATIVE ENGINE (Online)
Intern, Assistant Account manager, December 2024 - Present
- Communicating with contractors, establishing efficient collaboration, and ensuring deadlines were met.
- Participating in the development of creative concepts: from idea generation to client presentations.
- Conducting briefings and presenting ideas to clients with a clear focus on their needs and goals.
- Managing accounts for a group of brands (Yandex.Market, top marketplace on Russian Market; Sportmaster, the largest chainstore for clothing and sporting goods), including strategic planning and coordination.
MEDIA HOLDING “VIASAT” (Russia, Moscow)
Intern, Content Acquisition Department, June – August 2023
- Conducted analysis of ratings and viewer interest in the television program “Mediascope” (TNS Gallup Media).
- Analyzed the potential for adapting YouTube channels for television broadcasting, and proposed the concept of in-house program production.
- Retention of the target audience: using statistical data on the Viasat Explore channel, we compiled a “prime-time
case” of airtime on weekdays, and placed programs in the correct sequence, in order to retain the male target audience of 35+, from 19:00 to 21:00.
- Participated in negotiations with studios: carried out analytics for each Film or Program in the Package Deal and provided his Manager with information including ratings of content on alternative platforms, as well as a justified refusal if they wanted to exclude Films and Programs with low ratings from the Package Deal.
- Participated in the videoconference and helped with questions on numbers, and also contributed to translation into Russian.
- SWOT analysis identified an insufficient number of Serial channels on the market, so management decided to launch the Viasat Novel channel (Female target audience, 45+).
- Corporate values: for 20 years, the company had 23 rules, having analyzed them, it was revealed that some were repeated and there were no rules similar to “Customer Rights”, and were heard by the Management.
